Today, I am going to elaborate you about some of pros and cons of using the services of Free Domain providers. In my opinion, every Free thing is not reliable. Although, they give you great facilities and I had seen that many service providers give their services for free for the first year or so and later on when your sites becomes popular and when they feel that you became totally dependent on your website and won’t put your steps backwards, these hosting providers start charging you with large amounts and finally due to some financial or budget problems, the customers closes his website.

5. Self Advertisements: In connection with the above point 4, they will have access to your public_html folder and finally they start advertising on your site with their publisher account, making them earn lot of income.
6. Low Rank in Search Engines: I have seen that many search engines, won’t give good rankings in their search results and hence you will never get quality users.
7. Bad Customer Support: Their customer support is very-very bad. Once you create, you get stuck with them.

Although 100% of free domain providers are not coming to this category. If you will ask me that what would I had been chosen if I would have gone for free hosting, then I would always recommend these two free domain providers:

2. Blogspot.com
